Is there any information available regarding the Java/J2ME compatibility among the Sony Ericsson phones? E.g. can Z550 run applications written for T610/T630? And can Z550 run the applications for K700/K750?

Hola a todos, soy nueva en esto y tengo unas cuantas dudas. Tengo que desarrollar una aplicacion java para pocket PC tengo que trabajar con webService y bases de datos,quisiera saber si puedo utilizar j2se o para pocket unicamente sirve j2ME. En el caso que sirva, que maquina virtual puedo utilizar, donde la bajo? Muchas gracias

.... Hmmm - rumours of happy martyrdom for the CLASSPATH project. I rather hope that's not the way things turn out. Cross-fertilisation would seem to be a more helpful outcome, to my mind. This is interesting: "Sun is only releasing what will become java 7 [...]" - I suppose that remains the case? AFAIK Java 5 remains the most popular Java platform (excluding J2ME, of course). -- Jack.
